-The house is at no. 23, Tran Phu Street . It is an ancient house, right in the centre of Hoi An town, oon the road to the market, next to Ong and Phuc Kien pagodas. Tourists who are interested in the house can easily reach it by asking people in the market for the “23 house, Tran Phu of Ms. Lan” and immediately get the detailed explain from them. The house itself is easily to find since it locates on the main axis of the town. The house has welcomed many foreign research groups on Hoi An Town from Japan , China , Spain , Portugal , France , Italia , Poland ; the Discovery science research group, domestic research groups, tourist groups within the 2006 APEC Summit framework; especially Thich Nhat Hanh bonze and Lang Mai Buddhist group.

- The house is at no. 23, Tran Phu Street was built 200 years ago (in 1858), and preserved intact by the owner from the 8 th generation of Tran Dynasty. The house still keeps scrolls and parallel sentences… more than 100 years ago teaching about moral values, cultural lifestyle of Hoianian. Particularly, the second floor is arranged to be a small private museum which keeps things exactly the same as 200 years ago - the same altar, camp bed, settee positions…with many Vietnam, China, Champa, Sa Huynh ancient objects from the long time compilation of the house's owner. There are many embroiled pictures with high values of beauty made by famous Vietnamese embroiders.

- The house is at no. 23, Tran Phu Street is one of the oldest houses in Hoi An town. Tourists are free to take a tour around the house, and whole-heartedly, thoroughly, satisfactorily instructed by the owner in English, French, etc. Besides, if there were any demand from the tourists about the trading, ancient object, embroiled picture, other pictures from famous artists dealing, there would be a fully supply by the owner.

- The ground floor exhibits ancient objects, embroiled pictures and other embroiled stuffs like table covers, bedspreads… with different kinds of beautiful vignettes from famous Vietnamese embroiders for tourist's demands and choices.

- Beside these stuffs are handicrafts made from cinnamon as sugar pots, tea pots, and frankincense pots...intact with the aroma of cinnamon attar, anti cold atmosphere that is suitable for tourists form North America .

- Also in this floor are the furniture sets, necklaces, earrings, etc. manipulated from the wood-to-rock trees lived millions years ago. Tourists also would trade with huge amount.

- After a tour around the house, tourists can come to the tailor stores within the house. There are a skillful tailor groups with many years experience and the world latest catalogues about annual fashion styles and sorts of 100 percent silk, cloths from Italia , France , China . Customers could order their desired amounts, styles in the desired time with only a cheap price compared to the price of the customer's countries. With the garment products, tourists could set their mind at rest about the kinds, designs, prices, etc. Only when the customers are satisfied does the house's owner get his money.
